We are excited to announce the launch of the new Connexus Customer Portal.
The new, user-friendly portal replaces the previous Connexus Account Centre and Online Payments page as part of our ongoing commitment to improving the Connexus customer experience.
We invite you to use the portal to manage your Connexus account including:
The Portal is now live and ready to use. As with any new project, there might possibly be a few minor bugs - we ask for your patience while we monitor and iron out the new system.
Please note that non-data services (for example domain hosting) are not shown in the new portal. If you would like to check the status of a non-data service, please contact our team on 1300 133 888.
For those with Connexus usernames 6 characters or longer, your portal logins have not changed and you can use them to access the new portal.
If your username is less than 6 characters, please add CONNEXUS/ before your username to login to the new portal (for example, if your username is 'xyz', in the new portal you need to enter username CONNEXUS/xyz. This is because higher security settings on the new portal require a username of at least 6 characters. Passwords remain the same.
