You should download all invoices and important documents before the cut-off date as you will no longer be able to access your email/s account after 31 October 2018.
Please note: Once your service is cancelled, you will no longer be able to access any invoices or historical information through the online portal. We recommend you download the information you need before the service is cancelled.
