Notice of Cancellation of Connexus Services

 

Dear customer,

We’d like to inform you of some important changes that will affect your Connexus service.

With the fast pace of technological change and evolving customer requirements, going forward Connexus will focus on only core voice and data services, and discontinue some add-on Connexus services.

This email gives notice that the following services will be cancelled with effect on 31st July 2018:

• Co-location
• Website Hosting
• Domain Hosting
• Domain Mailbox
• Data Storage
• Security Shield
• Web Content Filtering (Monitoring Bundle)
• Mail box services
• Mail Service (Catch all Email/Safe Mail)

What do I have to do?

Our records show you may have one or more of the services listed above. You will have until 31st July 2018 to find an alternative provider.

While some services can simply be switched to another provider, other services have special Service Transition Plans we encourage you to follow:

Web Hosting

We will provide access to your website so you can download the contents and move it to a new hosting provider.

Domain Hosting

We will provide you the flat file with your domain contents directly via email to move to a different provider.

Web & Domain Hosting

We will provide the Zone file in the FTP directory for you to download and move to a different provider.

Domain Mailbox

We will provide access for you to download your mail in maildir format to move to a new hosting provider.


If a Connexus email address (@connexus.net.au) is the primary point of contact you have with us, please make sure to provide us a new email address for future correspondence. 
You should download all invoices and important documents before the cut-off date as you will no longer be able to access your email/s account after 31st July 2018.

Please note: Once your service is cancelled, you will no longer be able to access any invoices or historical information through the online portal. We recommend you download the information you need before the service is cancelled.

If you receive other services from us, they will continue after 31st July.
