New Terms & Conditions

This area sets out our new standard customer terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services from 1 January 2015. You and we must comply with these terms unless we have agreed different terms with you. You need to read these documents to understand the agreement and your rights and obligations. 

The General Terms apply to you if you are a:

  1.   'Residential' customer: 

  • You are not a business and you acquire the product or service for the primary purpose of personal, domestic or household use. 

  2.   'Business' or 'non-profit organisation' customer. You are classed as a  'Business' or 'non-profit organisation' customer if:

  • You do not acquire the service for resale and
  • You have an annual spend with us of less than $20,000 and
  • You did not have an opportunity to negotiate the contract terms with us

General Terms

The Enterprise terms apply to you if:

  1. You are an 'Enterprise customer'. You are classed as an 'Enterprise customer' if:
  • you acquire product or service for resale, OR
  • you are a government department or agency OR
  • you are a business or non-profit organisation and you have an annual spend with us of more than $20,000 OR 
  • you had an opportunity to negotiate the contract terms with us (e.g if we are providing a tailored solution to you).

Enterprise Terms

Old Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all services up to 31 December 2014. They are our standard customer terms and conditions for those services. You and we must comply with them unless we have agreed different terms with you. You need to read these documents to understand the agreement and your rights and obligations.

Old Standard Form of Agreement - applies until 31 December 2014
